Notes on the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance When providing services to its clients and other parties, Value Partners Limited (VPL), its group companies and their affiliates may from time to time require you to supply your personal data for the purposes of opening or continuing portfolio accounts or in the establishment or continuation of investment management services by the Company. Failure to supply data may result in VPL and its group companies being unable to continue investment management services or provide investment management services. The usage of the personal data may depend upon his/her position with VPL, which include but is not limited to: The application procedures for the opening of a new account in VPL and its affiliates The daily operation of the services provided to him/her Marketing financial services or related products Meeting the requirements to make disclosures under the requirements of any law and/ or regulation and/ or codes binding on/ applicable to the Company or any of its branches.
